(Bonus) Day 26: Hope and Future
Scripture:
“For I know the plans I have for you, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
Jeremiah 29:11
Encouragement:
This verse reminds believers that God has good plans for their lives, providing hope and assurance as they move forward. The key is not to get tripped up on what was, what should've been, or what wasn't. Those are all things to keep up from the bigger picture. If God's plan is not going to hurt me-then why do I resist it? Because we think we know better than God. I am asking you to to let God lead. Consult with him about the plan he has concerning you. I promise you the moment you do this the journey will have less resistance.
Prayer:
Dear God we thank you for being who you are on today. A father, our savior, provider, protector, and comforter. We know we can get distracted and discouraged and want to give up. But we thank you for reminding us there is hope. As long as we follow your breadcrumbs we will see the results of following you. Help us to stay looking forward, knowing you have it all in your hands. In Jesus name. Amen.
